At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not satisfied with your hardware or peripherals, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
